How long are recordings stored?
Recordings are stored as long as you maintain an active subscription for the device. If the subscription lapses for more than 1 year, recordings will be removed. All recordings are securely stored in the cloud with automatic backup.
Is there a limit to the number of channels?
No, VHF Shark™ can monitor all VHF channels simultaneously without any limitations. You never have to worry about missing transmissions on any channel.
What about the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy with a 15% restocking fee. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included.
How secure is the cloud storage?
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All transmissions between the device and our servers are encrypted, and data is stored in secure cloud facilities.
Can multiple users access the system?
